Terms of Service

Last updated: May 21, 2026

Who you are contracting with

The Inertia Audit™ (the "Service") is operated by Mariam Onsi Abdien Mahmoud Ibrahim Fathelbab (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", the "User") enter into a binding agreement with the Seller on these terms.

Using the service

You agree to use the Service for legitimate diagnostic and advisory work. You're responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You confirm you are of legal age and, if using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the platform, scoring engine, software, documentation, branding, and all underlying intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of the Seller. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms and your selected plan. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs in a way that competes with us.

You retain ownership of the audit inputs and outputs you create. We store them so you can re-open them; we do not use them to train models or share them with other customers.

Payments, billing, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, applicable taxes, currency, and cancellation mechanics.

Prices are shown on our pricing page. Audit credits are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis; subscription products (if any) renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are processed through Paddle.

Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to process data you don't have rights to, to attempt to extract other users' data, to reverse-engineer the scoring engine for redistribution, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (including malware, probing, or scraping).

No professional advice

Audit outputs are a structured diagnostic, not a substitute for professional judgment. You and your client are accountable for the decisions you make on the basis of any report generated here.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update features, pricing, and these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.

Suspension & termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees paid by you to us (or to Paddle on our behalf) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
