InertiaIQ was born from a recurring challenge I witnessed throughout my career as a strategy, research, and transformation consultant.
Organizations invested heavily in transformation — project plans, governance, steering committees, PMO reporting, executive oversight. Yet despite having all the right mechanisms in place, many initiatives struggled to achieve their intended outcomes. The problem was rarely project management itself. The real challenge was a lack of visibility into the organizational factors that determine whether transformation succeeds or fails.
