Refund Policy

The Inertia Audit™, operated by Mariam Onsi Abdien Mahmoud Ibrahim Fathelbab, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Our payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all refunds. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@inertia-audit.com and we will help you arrange the refund through Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank, typically 5–10 business days.

If you purchased a subscription, you can cancel at any time through Paddle's customer portal at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; the 30-day refund window applies to your most recent charge.
